Service quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during installation. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided are based on the information you give us and our initial site assessment. These are estimates only and not final prices. The actual cost may change if we discover additional work is needed once we start your project.
We provide free quotes for your convenience. Submitting a quote request does not obligate you to use our services, and we are not obligated to accept every project.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards.
Late payments may incur additional fees. If payment is not received according to the agreed terms, we reserve the right to pause work until payment is received.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your project before work begins by notifying us in writing. Deposits may be refundable depending on the work already completed and materials ordered. Once installation has started, cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone work due to weather conditions, site access issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on artificial grass products vary by product and will be disclosed before installation.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To maintain your warranty, you must follow the care instructions provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGH Hacienda Heights Artificial Grass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for those services.
Property Access and Responsibility
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring all necessary permits are obtained before work begins. You must also notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other potential hazards on your property.
We will take reasonable care to protect your property during installation, but we are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed to us or pre-existing conditions.
